Program

Our Nurse-Family Partnership® (NFP) program is a free home-visiting service that serves first-time moms beginning early in pregnancy and until the child reaches two years of age.

Partnering mothers with a personal nurse who will provide services to the family based on their schedule empowers mothers to confidently create a better life for their children and themselves.

The Nurse-Family Partnership program serves families in North West Queens, The Rockaways, and Staten Island.

In 2026, the NFPx initiative will expand eligibility to support enrollment for individuals with a second or subsequent pregnancy and/or those enrolling during their third trimester.
