EISC Program to Close in June
After 24 years of service, Public Health Solutions (PHS) will be closing its Early Intervention Service Coordination program, effective June 30th of this year. The program provided therapeutic and support services to children under age three with developmental disabilities or delays.
PHS is currently working with enrolled families to transfer their care to Service Coordinators in other agencies.
“We are proud of our work in Early Intervention Service Coordination, and the quality of PHS’ services has been evident in client satisfaction surveys, audit results and ongoing family testimonials,” said PHS President and Chief Executive Officer Lisa David. “Right now, PHS is first and foremost focused on serving the families and children supported through EISC and in ensuring that their care is transitioned to other qualified organizations.”
This closing will not affect the other programs and direct services provided by PHS, who continue to work to improve health outcomes in vulnerable communities in New York City.
