Facilitated Enrollment for the Aged, Blind and Disabled operates as a part of the Healthcare Navigator program, providing training, oversight, and technical assistance to a network of subcontractors and local partners that provide services for and advocate on behalf of the aged, blind and disabled (ABD) population in New York City.

Facilitated enrollers deliver education, outreach services, application and submission assistance for government sponsored health insurance programs to aged (over 65), visually impaired, and disabled populations, using an online application system that will communicate directly with the NYC Human Resources Administration.

Our diverse network of multi-lingual, culturally competent facilitated enrollers will be stationed at trusted Public Health Solutions and partner sites in high-need communities throughout the city.
